
Ingredients
milk 1 litre
1 1/2 tsp vinegar or 1/4th tsp citric acid
Method
- Boil milk in a pan.
- While boiling add vinegar or citric acid to the milk while stirring the milk.
- When the milk curdles put of the gas and let it cool for 5 mins.
- Then strain the milk in muslin cloth and tie it tightly.
- Then ths panner for few hours.
- When the water strains fully shape it to a rectangular block.
- Now place the paneer under heavy weight for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Your paneer is ready to use. Cut them in to 1/2'' cubes.
